Consulting firm that provides services to the real estate development industry with 21 years experience; looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Consultant to handle various aspects of our financial services. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·  Research, respond and resolve various consultant related inquires

·  Preparing preliminary assessment analysis

·  Preparing bond and true up analysis

·  Oversee and coordinate responsibilities of financial associates in the department

·  Calculating interest due and bond payments

·  Corresponding with homeowners, board members, title companies, developers, attorneys, investment bankers, and bank trustees

·  Assist in preparation of various financial analysis and reports as assigned

·  Attend various meetings and presentations related to services as assigned

·  Assists other departments as necessary

 

Background Required:

·  Four year degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred

·  Five years work experience preferred in related fields

·  Experience with presentations to large groups and/or civic boards preferred

·  Excellent oral and written communication skills a must

·  Must have strong organizational skills, be detailed oriented, and able to multi-task

·  Prior customer service experience preferred

·  Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook required

·  Local travel required, some overnight travel may be required
