Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Demands of our services have created an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at our Dallas, TX location.  Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe FP&A Manager reports to the Vice President of Finance, working for the BPS Division, a $160 million business unit of SOURCECORP, Incorporated.  Specific responsibilities include: Perform monthly profitability and variance analysis.  Prepare financial reports for senior management to effectively communicate operating results identifying key business driver  Develop accurate and timely financial forecast of business operations, working closely with regional VP of Operations and location Directors of Operations. Manage yearly budgeting process for assigned business operations and cost centers Assist business operations in identifying and carrying out initiatives to improve profits, reduce costs, evaluate investments and best use of available resource Evaluate opportunities for process improvement and implement best methods and practices Prepare financial reporting package for monthly business review calls and quarterly segment reviews with executive management team Special projects as assigned Job Requirements Highly motivated, ability to work under minimal supervision Demonstrates initiative and a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment Strong process improvement and change management skills Ability to develop complex business models Strong written and verbal communication skills Superior analytical and problem solving skills Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance is required. MBA or CPA is a plus Five to seven years of experience in financial planning and analysis Two plus years of experience supervising one to two analysts Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency with Hyperion Essbase and Solomon desirable
