Financial Products Administrator

Reports to: Global Manager of Client Integration and Data Services

Interactive Brokers LLC is looking for a motivated, detail oriented Data Systems Operator to manage and maintain the core system of contract information for all financial products offered.

Responsibilities Manage contract specifics for all financial products (stock, options, futures, warrants and certificates) to maintain the integrity of the contract database system.Process and monitor the master exchange files loaded from our global exchange locations to ensure the data is loaded and displayed properly to our customers.Monitor and maintain the US Options contracts: US options are uploaded nightly. This data is sensitive in nature and requires constant surveillance.Troubleshoot database system errors for programmers, technical operations and customer support.Maintain database of contract dates for all products and work with date rules systems.Work with our proprietary trading group to facilitate set up of new products in which Timber Hill makes markets in our US, European and Asia regions.Monitor daily error reports to correct system problems or anomalies regarding our global stock list.Work with the US and European corporate actions departments to help facilitate the process of updating the system to handle daily equity changes.

Requirements and Skills 2+ years experience in either the financial markets or comparable computer experience.UNIX desirableAttention to detail and the ability to exhibit thoroughnessHours - 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
