Financial Reporting Specialist

Rural/Metro Corporation is a leading provider of emergency and non-emergency medical transportation services, fire protection and other safety-related services to municipal, residential, commercial and industrial customers in approximately 400 communities throughout the United States.

Candidate must have excellent customer service skills, reporting writing skills preferably using Crystal Reports XI and/or Business Objects Web Intelligence and exposure to accounting financial reports (JD Edwards is a plus), ability to train others.

Qualified candidate will be responsible for:

- creating and maintaining ad hoc Crystal Reports and their distribution

- creating and maintaining ad hoc WebI Reports and their distribution

- report validation when changes occur

- running weekly, monthly and quarterly reports from JD Edwards as well as customized billing system

- update an distribute weekly cash report

- help to maintain set up files on JD Edwards

- document and train others to use reports

- participate in annual audit

- participate in Ad Hoc projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

4 year BA or BS degree

Health Care experience a plus

Sarbanes Oxley experience a plus
