We assure this result through the efforts of our Financial Services Client Solutions Associates. With a core responsibility to provide research, quality assurance, and issue resolution support to clients, you will:' Maintain close communication with clients as you research, analyze, calculate, post, and account for any adjustments required for Plan participant accounts. ' Provide clients with all essential communication required to ensure that issues are being addressed efficiently and accurately.' Maintain an accurate audit trail of issues using the Customer Information System and appropriate logs.' Post detail in the OmniPlus record keeping system for basic adjustments related to issues submitted by various units throughout the Corporation using all applicable checklists provided, and ensuring that the general ledger/statement presentation is correct.' Review less complex issues prepared by other associates, at both the research and adjustment phases, to ensure accuracy of logic and plan for resolution.' Up to 3 years related experience.' 1-2 years experience in accounting, financial services or similar environment and working with automated retirement plan record keeping system preferred.'
