Allstate was founded in 1931 and became a publicly traded company in 1993.The purpose of this department is to support, develop and train Financial Specialist in and around Las Vegas Nevada. The Financial Sales Development Consultant has responsibility for financial services sales by installing new EFSs and consulting with existing EFSs on effective introduction and sales processes. A critical installation/consultation component is the enablement of the EFS to facilitate customer introductions to the EFS by the agent and/or agency staff. Another critical component is needs-based selling and the tools that support it. The FSDC will also be responsible for introducing and educating on new financial services products and on changes to existing products. The position will be responsible for: Develops, implements and facilitates financial service education strategies for EAs, EFSs and Field Sales Leaders in the Region. Works with Regional Financial Services Leader and frontline distribution leaders to implement education tactics to achieve the regional financial services strategic business plan. Assists the Financial Services Consultant with the new EFS installation and processes and EFS development activities to ensure a quality new EFS development process. Communicates and educates registered representatives on any new regulatory requirements and licensing issues identified by the broker/dealer, NASD and SEC. Works with Regional Financial Services Leader to identify compliance education needs and facilitates education to close any registered representative gaps. This job requires strong financial services knowledge, skills and experience. Requires a minimum of 5 years of financial services industry experience (securities or insurance), preferably as a producer or trainer. 4 year degree preferred and 2-3 years experience with education development and delivery preferred.  Also, you must be properly licensed with a series 6,26, 63 and 51
