Allstate was founded in 1931 and became a publicly traded company in 1993.At the direction of the Financial Services Consultant (FSC), who is responsible for the overall coordination of financial services resources for the territory, the FSDC: Supports the FSC in achieving territorial sales results Facilitates and implements the new EFS installation processes and EFS development activities to ensure a quality new EFS development process. Identifies development opportunities for new and existing EFSs and delivers the necessary education, as appropriate. Assesses development opportunities of EFSs and communicates such information to appropriate distribution leadership including the FSC. Builds and maintains best practices for the successful development of new and existing EFSs. Leverages opportunities to apply knowledge learned on the job and to share such knowledge/best practices among Field Distribution Leaders (FDLs) and regional staff. Facilitates structured education sessions for groups/individuals based on registered representative needs. Employs diverse education approaches to maximize the different ways people learn information (i.e. facilitated sessions, web conferences, teleconferences, one-on-one sessions, written material, role play, case studies, etc.). Works with the Regional Financial Services Leader (RFSL), Financial Services Consultant (FSC) for the territory and senior frontline distribution leaders to develop and implement financial services education strategies for EAs, EFSs, and FDLs. Implements a structured regional financial services education program that supports regulatory requirements, the Allstate product portfolio, general industry knowledge, and sales, marketing and selling skills education for all individuals involved in financial services sales processes — (registered representatives, front-line distribution leaders, etc.) Facilitates education designed to help producers meet securities licensing requirements. Requires minimum of 5 years of financial services industry experience (securities or insurance), preferably as a producer or trainer 4 year degree preferred 2-3 years experience with education development and delivery preferred
