The Correspondence Specialist will assist 457, 401, and IRA participants by generating email responses and correspondence in a timely manner.The Specialist will also provide backup support to the Investor Services Call Center during high call volume periods. Essential Functions: Main Responsibilities:' Review, write and edit all outgoing emails for clarity, accuracy and grammar.' Provide support in writing and editing outgoing participant correspondence.' Write customer-focused resolution letters in response to participant account issues.' Assist with the retention of valued investors through the active promotion of ICMA-RC products and services.Other Responsibilities:' Provide Call Center phone support during high call volume periods.' If you have the following credentials, we encourage you to apply: ' B.S. degree or equivalent related experience.' Exceptional business writing skills.' Up to 5 years related experience, including direct experience in a financial services call center environment. ' FINRA Series 6 and 63 required at time of hire or within 10 weeks of hire date.
