Overview
We are a global credit card company and our Interactive Cardmember Acquisition Team is seeking an Analyst to drive Online Card Acquisitions and Balance Transfers online.  This is a long-term contracting role.  Collaborating with partners, the successful candidate will use his or her strong analytical skills to track results, execute online experiences to support marketing campaigns, and manage content/graphic updates to americanexpress.com. In addition, the successful candidate will support projects and capabilities to drive online consideration, offer conversions, application completions, and customer satisfaction throughout the card acquisition and balance transfer online journeys.

Responsibilities
Analyst will be responsible for:
? Working with our business partners to gather requirements for online marketing campaigns
? Executing online marketing campaigns
? Reporting and analysis of online acquisition results and balance transfer results
? Working with our internal and external agency partners to develop creative assets
? Working with our technology partners to implement content and graphic updates
? Other projects and initiatives as business needs evolve Qualifications
? Recent college grad with 2-4 years of experience
? Interactive experience a major plus
? Strong creative thinker with exceptional analytical skills
? Superb collaboration and influencing skills
? Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills
? Knowledge of online marketing and online customer experience
? Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
? Interactive experience and/or agency experience preferred
