Fortune 100 Company Seeks New Product Development Contractor

This team is managing several new product development projects with our issuing partners.  This project is intended to support the processes involved in NPD.  The scope includes credit cards as well as new benefit development.  Point of arrival is successful launch of new products and/or benefits in the marketplace.

Project Requirements:

New Benefits/Capability Development
? Identify new benefits & relationships across blue box that can be leveraged for our U.S. bank partners w/focus on "travel-relevant" assets e.g. Int'l Consumer Travel
? Investigate 3rd party vendor e.g. points.com to develop recommendation and strategy for developing new capability that increases the breadth & depth of our bank partners' burn options for rewards e.g. create a new tier of rewards, just for AXP cardmembers for Citi's Thankyou program
? Work with internal & external partners to "sell-in" concept
? Work with agency to develop packaging and marketing support materials for new benefit/capability
? Lead implementation efforts (if there's time)

In addition to the project, it would be most ideal if the individual could be available in the office min. 3 full days a week to support on day-to-day needs as they arise e.g. working with agency on existing marketing & communications materials, working with market research team on research briefs, etc.
