What You Need to Bring: · Minimum one year of experience in a high volume customer focused team based-environment required (such as retail, restaurant, etc.) · 12 months+ of customer service, collections or fraud prevention experience preferred · Undergraduate degree strongly preferred; Education in Business/Criminal Justice is a plus · Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel · Stable and consistent job history with demonstrated tenure and dependability in previous positions · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment; ability to multi-task · Strong analytical skills with proven ability to use sound judgment to make quick decisions with attention to detail · Self-starter with a high level of dependability and self-motivation · Able to work independently and in a team oriented environment · Ability to be flexible as overtime may be offered as needed   The Perks: In addition to top notch benefits at highly completive rates, we offer subsidized gym membership, a convenient suburban location (with parking), and easy access to lots of amenities.   Bill Me Later is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
