Description:ResponsibilitiesBasic Function:Review possible fraudulent applications, as well as set up and work fraud cases for customers who have been victims of credit card fraud for all platforms managed by Alliance Data. Responsibilities:' Review and verify information on applications. ' Make outbound calls to customers and directory assistance operators.' Receive inbound calls from customers regarding fraud inquiries and setting up fraud cases.' Work with Customer Service and New Accounts to resolve account holder concerns.' Complete fraud case set up, investigation and case closure. ' Receive and or make calls to injured parties, credit card applicants, and suspects.
