Best of all, our culture is open, innovative and responsive to our associates.Job Description Responsibilities: Prepare accurate quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports for assigned mutual fund clients; Coordinate with clients internal and external auditors the audit of the funds' financial statements and provide appropriate documentation; Assist in the calculation of periodic and annual dividend and capital gain distribution; assist in the preparation of requested material for client Board of Directors meetings; ensure compliance of with SEC, IRS, and GAAP reporting regulations; prepare check requests, accrual roll-forwards, and monthly/quarterly dividend notices; determine daily expense factors; develop and maintain strong working relationship(s) with clients, custodians, and auditors.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting and two years of fund accounting experience required. Achievement oriented, with demonstrated initiative in a highly regulated, deadline driven environment.
