Job CategoryAdministrative/Clerical Job Location US-CA-Los Angeles StatusFull Time Position description The associate in this position will provide administrative support related to the Board of Director meetings for the Fund Administration department. Primary responsibilities include preparation of meeting materials relating to board of directors meetings for various funds, providing support in sales literature review, portfolio company proxy voting, and various projects as necessary.Qualifications A minimum of five years of secretarial/administrative experience working with increasingly complex tasks Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including a strong command of English grammar rules, punctuation and spelling A self-starter with demonstrated organizational skills to prioritize and undertake multiple, concurrent projects.
