GVP Assistant
Description:The primary responsibility of the GVP Assistant is to provide support to the P1 GVP in efforts to lead the achievement of business objectives for the market group.Provide general administrative support to GVP-Manage calendar-Make travel arrangements-Handle meeting arrangements-Schedule internal meetings -Help with business planning and meeting documentation-Event planning-Prepare internal/external communications (memos, letters, presentations, recognition, and congratulations notes)-Process GVP expenses-Prepare and analyze reports and bulletins as directedRepresent the GVP in issues and activities requiring GVP action or intervention-Function as a liaison with the corporate office, senior region office and market group members-Screen telephone calls and visitors-1:1 scheduling and preparation-Leadership and strategic meeting preparation This position is located in: Walnut Creek, CAQualifications:Required:-Associate degree or equivalent (2 years) and relevant work experience-Excellent written and oral communication skills-Strong client service orientation-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with little or no supervision-Proficient with standard business hardware and software-Strong organizational skills-Strong time management skills-Previous financial experience including bill paying and reconciliation-Strong mathematical skills-Ability to work with all levels of employees-Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacyPreferred:-Previous executive assistant experienceSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceWe offer competitive benefits to eligible employees (including medical, dental, and vision plans).
