We are currently looking for a Global Sourcing Business Analyst to join our team in Spring House, Pennsylvania, located just outside of Philadelphia in beautiful Montgomery County. As a Global Sourcing Business Analyst you will provide contract management, financial management and general analysis support for Advanta’s Global Sourcing efforts.

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, reconcile and process supplier invoices working with Advanta business functions, the global sourcing team and Advanta’s Finance team.Perform supplier spend analysis and contrast with forecast.Create performance and executive reports using multiple sources of information.Perform data validation and quality checks.Identify data and information requirements for reports and other key documents.Track performance and contrast actual performance with agreed-upon commitments.Amend and modify Statement of Work (SOW) as required due to changes in scope and/or changes in Advanta’s business.Validate alignment between SOWs and Master Services Agreement (MSA); ability to identify conflicts between SOWs and MSA.Create meeting materials for key meetings in support of the Global Sourcing team and Advanta business owners.Required Skills


Three years of business experience required.Bachelors degree preferred.Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven analytical skills with proven ability to attend to details without loosing the “big picture”. Proven track record of proactively assuming additional responsibilities. Proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge and skills.Experience with cross-functional and virtual global teams is preferred.
