This position also calculates fair market value for assigned book of business as well as creates IT service requests, as needed, to obtain custom report data requested by clients. The role will also prepare Form 5500 for assigned book of business using the RELIUS system and the report packages previously generated for the client.This position is responsible for:• Prepare high quality reports on time• Prepare form 5500 on time• Document proceduresThe best people performing this job:• Proactively look for process improvement possibilities• Share information with the team and with management via documenting procedures and communicating ideas and process improvements• Take on tasks cheerfully.• Approach tasks as opportunities not burdens• Build networks with people in other departments• Build relationships with team members and coworkersOrganization:Team consists of a team lead and 6 analysts.Performance Objectives:• Produce scheduled reports on time• Produce custom reports by promised due date• Prepare form 5500 30 days before due date• Identify and prepare 94-4-1 calculations before requested by auditors• Documents proceduresChallenges: One challenge of the position is projects competing for time. Must be able to prioritize projects and ask for management intervention or assistance as needed.Experience and Skills requirement:Must have advanced EXCEL skills, must be detail oriented, analytical/technical, good with numbers, ability to balance reports.
