HEALTHCARE FINANCE MANAGER

HEALTHCARE FINANCE MANAGER Our client is seeking a Healthcare Finance Manager (practice side).  This Finance Manager will be responsible for preparing clinic financial statements and internal accounting policies and procedures, including patient accounts, financial reporting, capital and operating budgets, and cash management. Responsibilities:  Physician Billing/Collections Clinical financial statements Cash management Tax reports Audits 3 to 5 years’ management experience Requirements:  MUST HAVE HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PRACTICE MANAGEMENT WITH AN EMPHASIS ON FINANCE Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA strongly preferred. 3 to 5 years of fiscal management experience Knowledge of computer systems, spreadsheet and financial systems programs and applications. Excellent benefit package including an On Site Wellness Center, Flex Benefits, Generous Paid Time Off Package, and a Success Share Bonus Plan.  Interested and qualified candidates can apply in confidence by sending a resume in Word format to Lynn Hagan at lhagan@mritc.net .
