HR Systems Analyst

Edward Jones, a leader in the Financial Services industry,is looking for a Human Resources Systems Analyst to join the team. The team is expanding to meet the needs of the firm's phenomenal growth. If you have previous PeopleSoft HRMS experience and have a working knowledge of PS Query and Excel, we would like to speak with you about an opportunity to design and implement new PeopleSoft functionality to several business areas.Responsibilities Analyze, design and implement PeopleSoft functionality to support the human resources divsion of Edward Jones. Determine the appropriate uses of the PeopleSoft system to support division and firm objectives. Develop new processes and procedures that maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Support reporting needs for the business areas assigned.Requirements Working knowledge of Peoplesoft HRMS including PS Query and Excel. Crystal knowledge is a plus. Excellent analytical and communication skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Two to three years of system experience.
