Supervise administration of human resources transaction services, benefits and data management. Assist with research, analysis and evaluation of benefit programs. Continue to evolve a self-service, shared services delivery model.
Essential Job Duties:
· Data management including HRIS data entry, maintenance and auditing. System administrator for HRIS system and liason with Payroll for HRIS needs.
· Supervise Transactions team and ensure delivery of accurate and timely HR related processing, benefits and program administration including leaves of absence, worker's compensation and unemployment insurance. Liaison with internal and external parties on benefit plan administration and problem resolution.
· Design and develop ad-hoc and routine reports to support enterprise and HR needs.
· Facilitate and provide final review and approval regarding legal compliance audits.
· Process analysis and re-engineering to ensure efficient process flow for all HR and benefits transactions and data retention.
· Assist with evaluation of potential new HR systems, tools and programs to drive efficiencies; design and deliver related training and administration tools.
· Develop applicant tracking process and partner with National HR Operations to track and maintain related data.
· Facilitate completion of RFP responses in support of Sales requests.
· Facilitate with Transactions team to provide administrative support to HR team.
Minimum Requirements:
· 5+ years of Human Resources experience with focus in HRIS data analysis and management, report design and development as well as Benefits Administration.
· Experience with Paychex HRIM system, ADP Enterprise and Report Smith; payroll experience a plus.
· Prior supervisory experience with strong leadership skills including staff coaching and development.
· Strong computer skills and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
· Ability to anticipate needs and consult with clients; strong customer service skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organization, attention to detail and priority setting skills. Action oriented with ability to multitask; excellent follow-through.
· Strong trouble-shooting and problem resolution skills.
· Knowledge of state and federal employment regulations preferred.
· Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
· Bachelor’s degree in an HR related field preferred or equivalent experience.
