Title:  Hedge FOF Research Analyst

 

As a leading Hedge Fund based in New York City, ThinkStrategy Capital Management LLC is an Alternative Asset Management firm focused on managing innovative absolute return hedge fund strategies that provide solid returns while preserving capital.

 

We are presently looking for motivated candidates to help with our FOF product's research and analysis.  The analyst will be exposed to all facets of a fast growing hedge fund management company. The analyst’s responsibilities will include identification and extensive due diligence on leading hedge fund strategies/managers (for the FOF product), quantitative & qualitative research on absolute return funds/managers, fund administration & operational items.

 

Candidate must have the following background:

-  BBA/ BSc with Finance Major (2 Years of Hedge Fund (Preferably FOF) OR Investment Banking OR Private Equity Experience is a MUST)

-  Very Strong computer, analytical & modeling skills. 

-  MUST have VERY VERY strong attention to detail (Perfectionists and Accurate workers should apply) and STRONG communication skills.

-  Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. MUST be a quick learner, self-motivated, and able to hit the ground running

-  Hard-worker, respectful/friendly attitude, team player.
