Southern California Hospital CFO/Controller

 

Vibra Healthcare, a growing owner and operator of rehabilitation and long-term acute care hospitals is currently seeking a CFO/Controller for its 2 new facilities in the Southern California area.  One hospital is an rehab hospital located in the San Bernardino area and the other hospital is an long term acute care hospital (LTACH) and located in beautiful downtown San Diego. This position will cover both hospitals, so you can be headquartered in either one you choose but your time will need to be split between the two as needed.


This senior management level position, reporting to the hospital CEO’s, will assume all fiscal responsibility for the hospital operation. In addition to all financial reporting activities, as a member of the senior management team, the successful candidate will actively participate in a variety of projects and initiatives to help the facilities maintain their leadership position in a highly competitive and dynamic field.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (CPA or MBA preferred), well developed skills in financial management, and in-depth experience managing a multiple department operation. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels within the organization are essential for success in this position. Travel required primarily between the hospitals.  Senior financial hospital experience a plus.
