Human Resources Representative

Assisting with the resolution of client issues by acting as a liaison with other departments. Recommending topics for development of client training programs. Building strong client relationships and providing quality service. Informing and counseling clients on human resources policies, procedures, performance management, recruitment, employee relations, and employment law. Participating in client visits to communicate new and existing services offered by the Paychex Premier product. Conducting on-site enrollment meetings as needed. Consulting with clients on industry trends and compliance topics relating to section 125 plan administration, health care, and retirement plans. Presenting or coordinating human resource training sessions for clients and their employees. Partnering with sales and operations to ensure client satisfaction. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required. A minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience with an emphasis in employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration are required. PHR certification is strongly preferred. Life, Accident, and Health licensure is required within 3 months of employment. Local travel is required 50-65% of time. Qualified candidate must have a demonstrated understanding of employment law and human resources legislation.
