ISDA / NAESB Negotiator Opportunity for Advancement

Our client is a highly regarded Energy Company located in downtown Houston with a distinct and urgent need for an experienced ISDA / NAESB Negotiator with roughly 3-7 years experience to join their growing team. As always, confidentiality is our watchword and your submitted documents will be seen only by those directly related to the hiring process who understand exactly what skills are needed to ensure success.  SUMMARY  Draft and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, NAESB Agreements, EEI Agreements, and all other relevant documents as they relate to the companies’s counterparties. Interact directly with counterparties and internal business units (credit, tax) to ensure accurate and timely execution of documents within the framework of tight deadlines.
