Great opportunity with a young, growing company.  Pacer Financial is a financial services firm that distributes product through major brokerage and insurance organizations. 

 

Responsibilities:

 Work with the IT Director to support all end users, servers, and network resources ensuring the proper operation of all IT systems Plan and implement IT infrastructure improvements and expansions supporting the dynamic growth of the firmAdminister the IT environment and identify-correct problems effectively Assist in website development/management

 

 

Required Skills:

 Detail administration ability with Windows Server 2003, Exchange, AD, and Microsoft server environmentWorking knowledge of computer hardware, including PCs, laptops, servers, modems, networking equipment, wireless access points, and printers.Working knowledge of MS Office 2003/2007, HTML and Dreamweaver

· Confidence, desire and ability to successfully complete a variety of assignments within given deadline

· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of supervisors, peers, and vendorsStrong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal

 

Education/Licensing:

 

An IT related College degree or significant technology training required.

Microsoft or other IT industry recognized certifications a plus

Project Management training a plus
