IT Department 

Help Desk/JR Network Admin (Clearwater, Florida)

Salary $29,000 - $32,000 (M-F) and flexiblity to work weekends as needed

 

Provide excellent customer service to end-users, must be very well organized and be able to work in a team environment, working together to resolve issues in the most effective and timely manner.

 

Responsible for ensuring continual network stability, security and reliability by maintaining the local and wide area network hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment.  Respond to and resolve end user requests for assistance concerning their phone systems, desktop problems, access to the network, and the operation of various software applications.  Perform various e-mail, database and general network administration duties.  Assist with network configurations, software support, server upgrades, data migrations, and departmental moves. 

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Windows XP Professional setup and maintenance experience

Microsoft Windows 2000/20003 Active Directory experience with multiple sites
Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 server experience

VERITAS Backup Exec experience
Norton Enterprise antivirus solutions



Additional Qualifications include:   

Experience in system administration, including system maintenance, workstation support, Internet connectivity, security services, performance monitoring, and back-up procedures

 

 

 

We are also looking for energetic and self motivated individuals with one year experience in a call center.Qualified individuals must possess high customer service skills, strong phone skills, above average negotiation skills and the ability to multi-task.  Above average working knowledge of Word and Excel. 

 

 

Acquisitions Interviewer $10 – $11.25 per hour (Clearwater, Florida)

 

One year customer service experience in a call center

Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred but not required

 Excellent knowledge and experience with MS Word and MS Excel Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to create Excel spreadsheetsGood, clear phone voice and high customer service skills (cheerful and helpful) Ability to make 75 – 100 outbound calls to “Welcome” new clientsCalculate and compute daily/weekly reports (maintain high statistical accuracy)Must be able to handle stress and problems effectively Builds organizational effectiveness Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times 10am -7pm Monday - Friday (occasional overtime as needed)

Repossession Clerk  $10 – $11.25 per hour (Clearwater, Florida)  Minimum six months experience required.


• Assigns cars to repossession agents, gives them all proper documents and follows up to ensure they received information.
• Verifies vehicles arrive at auctions and receives a condition report.
• Sends Certified notices once cars are sold.
• Communicates with customers to redeem vehicles.
• Follows up with agents of assigned accounts.
• Assists collections department.
• Communicates with collections department about repos and skip accounts.
• Advises customers of fees when they redeem vehicles and sends proper documents for the vehicle to be released.
• Prepares a coded report on a daily basis.
• Communicates with customer once vehicle is picked up to locate their personal property and agent.
• Updates repo accounts and closes out old repos

8am -5pm Monday - Friday (occasional overtime as needed)
