Click here to learn more about Scottrade.We are looking for an IT Project Manager in our Headquarters location in St. Louis, MO.Position Summary:The primary role of the Project Manger is to successfully execute & deliver projects defined by the business to facilitate key strategic and tactical initiatives. The Project Manager will assist in product release strategies by serving as a liaison between business owners and relevant development/operational functions to scope business initiatives, translate user requirements into development requirements and manage the execution of the project plan through completion.Duties and Responsibilities: Administration and execution of the Project Management Process by assuring objective project prioritization, alignment to current business strategies, appropriate resource allocation, consistent communication, accurate specifications/documentation, maintaining budgetary constraints, and timely delivery of end product Develop and perform timely and consistent project reporting such as project status, outstanding issues & actions, decisions, new or outstanding risks, upcoming tasks & deliverables, and late tasks & deliverables. Serve as liaison between the business processes and the information systems department for development and implementation of solutions Ensure compliance of project management policies, procedures and standards. Mentor and coach members of the Project Management Office (PMO) to drive successful project management and delivery of product Project management of projects prioritized by the business Tactical execution and support for business initiativesRequired Experience 3+ Years of Program Management/Project Management Leadership Experience required 3+ Years of Management & Leadership of Project Teams required 3+ Years of Experience with Online Technology Projects required 3+ Years experience with software development life cycles required Familiar with Trading Systems or financial services systems (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field or Equivalent Industry Experience required PMI Membership & PMP Certification preferred Scottrade, Inc., an equal opportunity employer, is committed to inclusion and a diverse workforce.
