We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst in our Headquarters location in St. Louis, MO.Position Summary:Responsibilities include developing test scripts for applications across all Scottrade production platforms, regression testing, testing for business and technical accuracy, and participating in system load testing, as required. The Quality Assurance Analyst will be involved in project meetings to ensure the delivery of error-free code to customers and internal business units. The Quality Assurance analyst will participate in the Scottrade disaster recovery and business continuity testing and validation, as needed. Duties and Responsibilities Work with IT and business management departments to architect, design, develop and write testing scripts and plans. Develop and maintain production control guidelines for production application deployment. Test each solution to ensure proper performance and efficiency guidelines are met. Document test scripts and results in accordance with current policies and procedures. Create and/or modify current documentation as needed. Participate in development and documentation of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity. Assist in maintaining testing database by developing defect tracking and regression testing information requirements; designing information system; enters test outcomes; secures data. Identify software capability and reliability by conducting functional and performance tests Participate and document load testing strategies and results. Respond to support and branch inquiries to document, test, and resolve client issues.Required Skills 3+ years testing experience with web-based, N-Tier architecture, high transactional system required 3+ Years of automated software testing experience using Empirix, Rational or Mercury preferred 3+ years experience testing high volume transaction-based, enterprise-wide systems preferred Financial service experience preferred Expert knowledge of software development life cycle Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skillsRequired ExperienceBachelor degree in MIS/Computer Science or Business required.
