Information Technology Division is seeking a Technical Recruiter responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies. They will work to ensure that the IT division is positioned to attract, source and recruit the best talent. This individual will be responsible for developing sophisticated souring and recruitment strategies. The Recruiter will assist with defining the hiring needs of the department by working closely with hiring managers, line-of-business HR Head as well as Human Resource Business Partners. The Recruiter will effectively lead strategy discussions, seek consensus and then complete the assignment with full-cycle recruiting responsibility. The Technology Recruiting team will work creatively to provide a diverse slate of candidates for each vacancy and/or opportunistic hiring while reducing the dependency on utilizing external search firms. The team focuses on identifying top talent across line-of-business, geographies and diverse cultures.

Requirements:
Strong preference for experience in financial services environment, with emphasis recruiting for client facing roles
Client service skills and client facing skills a priority; must be interpersonally effective and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels
5+ years of full-cycle, professional level recruiting experience strongly preferred with expert name generation skills, networking and relationship building skills
Innovative, creative and results oriented
Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities
Ability to cold call into organizations to build out lists of potential candidates and sell currently employed potential candidates on opportunities within organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
