Key requirements: Demonstrated sales ability, persistent, good listener, self motivated.  Minimum of 1-2 years B2B sales experience preferably in an inside telesales environment. Aptitude for acquiring selling skills and product knowledge. Proven track record of achieving/exceeding quota driven goals. High school diploma is required. Well organized with effective time management skills.  Excellent systems literacy knowledge - MS Office, Internet and keyboard proficiency.
