Job responsibilities:

· Sell life insurance and related insurance products via the telephone.

· Manage and process leads.

· Explain features and pricing options of policies offered.

· Recommend coverage amount and length based on needs analysis.

· Maintain clearly defined performance metrics as set by the company.

 

We Require: Must possess a friendly and professional phone demeanor along with tenacious telephone follow up sales skills.Strong communication and time management skills.The ability to manage your mindset in a commission based sales environment is required.Previous life insurance experience is a plus.Key values must align with our vision, mission and values.
