Instructional Developer

Our client in San Antonio seeks an experienced Instructional Designer for a 6+ month contract.

 

Technical Requirements:

Expert in the analysis, design, development, revision and validation of training products using the Instructional System Development (ISD) process.
Able to support large ISD programs including programs in which advanced multimedia products and performance support systems are developed.
Highly skilled at applying a variety of ISD models to the development of instructional materials and they will be knowledgeable of emerging instructional theories and technologies.
Must have experience developing courseware in a deadline-driven environment
Must have experience with enterprise software, including application development experience:
Instructional Development process knowledge
Extensive knowledge of Captivate (simulations Flash/Action Scripting HTML)
Basic graphic editing & Mask/Mock data on system screens
Basic audio recording and editing, using sound forge System.
Java Script
DreamWeaver
Xhtml
Scorm
Java Script interface
Must be a self-starter with strong communication (including presentation) skills
Strong organizational skills, project management skills, multitasking and project flexibility required
Multimedia development skills and knowledge of learning standards and protocols, including SCORM and AICC
