Insurance Servicing Manager

SERVICING MANAGER

 

Individuals with Accounts Receivable experience will be strongly considered.   The Servicing Manager will be responsible for reviewing all existing policies and the knowledge of servicing auditing of policies. They will direct and manage the department in the auditing of funded loans and developing a working relationship with the Funding Department, Compliance Department, Trustee’s Offices and General Insurance Agents for post funding responsibilities.



 

Duties:

·  Request, Track and Analyze Annual Policy Statements as well as other Inquiry Letters from various Trustees and Insurance Carriers to keep current on existing policies

·  Manage timely reviews of policies to ensure all payments are made and allocated to the correct carrier in the allotted time.

·  Effectively present payment information and respond to questions from managers, AE’S, and related groups.

·  Request approval for release of funds from the Accounting Department into Trust’s accounts for timely payments.

·  Follow up with several Trustee’s and Carriers for confirmation of inquiry’s and payment application.

·  Follow up with the Compliance Department for accuracy and confirmation of payments being sent to Insurance Carriers via the Trustee’s office.

 





 

Skills/Qualifications:

·  BA in Business or Finance.

·  Insurance Industry and or Loan Industry experience a plus

·  Experience with MS Office Suite including Word and Excel required.

·  Experience with NetSuite software a plus

·  Must be Detail Oriented and Organized
