We are currently looking for a Interactive Coordinator to work at our Corporate Headquarters located in Spring House, Pennsylvania, just outside of Philadelphia in beautiful Montgomery County. The Interactive Coordinator position is a highly visible role in the eCommerce department and across the organization. Position manages change processes for website and email channels. Change process includes departmental calendar maintenance, communication and creative routing as needed. Position also serves as a liaison with our Service Department to help troubleshoot issues and provide accurate guidance. The Interactive Coordinator is responsible for understanding the status on all eCommerce related work and resource assignment. This position also requires hands-on work with our Content Management system (Interwoven) and the creation of detailed functional specifications.

Specific ResponsibilitiesCoordination of change governance for eCommerce department. This includes but is not limited to facilitating prioritization of Web site and email requests, leading weekly eCommerce meetings and communication, managing business owners expectations regarding their requests and enforcing process and controls. Creation and execution of project documentation including but not limited to functional requirements, creative spec docs and scope of work.Interface & build relationships with all internal areas as needed. Coordination of asset collection, approvals, and communication/follow-up for e-related changes. Author Web site bug fixes and site content enhancements via the content management systemTroubleshooting escalated technical difficulties.Required Skills

Bachelor's Degree preferred with minimum 3 years work experience in a web related environment.Superior communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Strongly detail-oriented. Ability to prioritize work and gain consensus within various timeframes and all levels of the organization.Excellent project follow-through.Process-oriented. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Ability or experience working with cross functional teams. Proven ability to work independently without close supervision. Excellent grasp of the MS Software Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Familiarity with Internet technologies and project lifecycles.Content Management experience in an Interwoven environment preferred.
