Working with our financial institution partners, and regional sales staff, you will have a direct impact on the continued success of our marketing and sales efforts. Position Overview:You will partner with the external wholesaling force to increase annuity sales in assigned regions by building rapport and seizing opportunities to expand relationships with top reps and sales management. Responsibilities:1. Partner with external wholesaling force to increase annuity sales in assigned regions. 2. Proactively contact accounts through outbound sales calls to drive sales and meet sales goal objectives. 3. Resolve problems with sales, service, and back office issues.4. Responds to Rep requests and inbound calls.5. Develop and maintain database of key contacts and reps using Goldmine.6. Coordinate, distribute, and maintain incentive and recognition programs.7. Distribute sales ideas and marketing materials to financial representatives and accounts.8. Train and motivate sales representatives to sell annuities.9. Participate in sales meetings and conference calls with regional accounts.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar field and 3+ years related experienceHold Life Insurance and FINRA (NASD) Series 6 or 7 licensesThe successful person:1. Must appropriately represent the Company at all times using strong judgment and discretion in interacting with various clients, vendors, and personnel in marketing and promoting the company's products and services. 2. Must consistently apply accurate and complete information/knowledge of plans, products, and services as errors or incomplete work may result in financial loss and loss of goodwill to the company.3. Must be able to perform simple to complex analysis to provide problem resolution by securing relevant information and identifying key issues; relating and comparing data from different sources; identifying cause-effect relationships.4.
