Working with financial advisors, external wholesalers, district managers, and regional sales staff, you will have a direct impact on the continued success of our marketing and sales efforts. Specifically, you will:- Build rapport and seize opportunities to expand relationships with top reps and sales management. - Proactively contact accounts through outbound sales calls to drive sales and meet sales goal objectives. - Partner with external wholesaling force to increase annuity sales in assigned regions. - Resolve problems with sales, service, and back office issues.- Responds to rep requests and inbound calls.- Develop and maintain database of key contacts and reps using Goldmine.- Coordinate, distribute, and maintain incentive and recognition programs.- Distribute sales ideas and marketing materials to financial representatives and accounts.- Train and motivate dedicated broker and financial representatives to sell annuities.- Participate in sales meetings and conference calls with regional accounts in partnership with external wholesalerPosition Requirements:- Must appropriately represent the Company at all times and use strong judgment and discretion in interacting with various clients, vendors, and personnel. - Solid judgment and discretion required in marketing and promoting the company's products and services. - Must consistently apply knowledge of plans, products, and services. -- Must consistently provide accurate and complete information. Errors or incomplete work may result in financial loss and loss of goodwill to the company.- Must be able to perform simple to complex analysis to provide problem resolution by securing relevant information and identifying key issues; relating and comparing data from different sources; identifying cause-effect relationships.- Must effectively interface with financial institutions, broker/dealers, & independent agents.
