Miller Brewing Company is looking for an International Finance Analyst to provide financial support to the International Division in the areas of accounting, financial analysis, reporting and forecast consolidation, as well as, internal controls consistent with corporate policy and legal/regulatory requirements. This position will assist in monitoring and ensuring sound financial and accounting controls are in place and adhered to by Miller's foreign subsidiaries, branches,and third-party accounting firms. This position will perform all month-end closing activities for assigned entities which may include review and entry of financial submissions, calculation and recording of royalty income, calculation, confirming, reporting, and entry of inter-group A/R and A/P, elimination entries, recording of foreign currency exchangegain/loss, other entries as required, as well as, being instrumental in providing analysis and commentary.Responsibilities will include consolidation of monthly reporting, routine planning updates, annual OB and quarterly profit forecasts, as well as, related balance sheet activity. Position requires a strong foundation in accounting and financial principles and practices. Four year college degree in accounting/finance and/or CPA and/or relevant experience. This will also require a solid understanding of financial controls, break-even analysis, financial statement preparation and analysis, profit and loss management and zero-based budgeting practices. The position requires a working knowledge of all elements that impact profitability including pricing, price promotions, brand and package mix, and marketing and administrative expenses. Working knowledge of SAP PA, BW, IO, and CCA functionalities strongly desired. Strong working knowledge of PC systems software including Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint. This position also requires the individual to have strong interpersonal and presentation skills, the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, as well as, the ability to function as a team member in a fast paced demanding environment.The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of SAP or related ERP system and a CPA or CMA or MBA
