International Personal Bkg Mgr

Job Description: Responsible for managing the International Personal Banking department for Wells Fargo. The primary goal is to serve the customers' total financial service needs resulting in greater market share and profitability.Responsible for the retention and business development of consumer and personal banking products for foreign nationals and customers who reside overseas. Aggressively cross sell the full range of Wells Fargo products to new relationships. Participates in development of overall marketing plans and coordinates development of appropriate goals and strategies. Provides leadership for sales/business development and revenue growth. Identifies and ultilize alternative distribution channels, such as online banking. Manages consumer sales and service function. Responsible for effective staff salary administration and rewards. Develops and administers budgets, business development goals and objectives, staffing models, schedules and performance standards. Ensures that transactions are in compliance with established rules and regulations. Manages deposit account of $225MM. Manages full service banking relationships with high net worth customers and oversees a portfolio of highly complex accounts. Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years Retail Banking experience, including branch management experience.International Banking experience is essential.Strong management skills, including the ability to manage remote team members.Outstanding communication skills.
