They are looking for an extraordinary Intranet Developer to join their Development Team in Dallas.  Successful candidates will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in system and business process re-design, attention to detail, and an understanding of the difference between working smart and working hard.

 

Skills needed:Experience in a hands-on role leading teams of up to 5 developersExperience building robust Intranet components for financial institutions or large consulting firms such as Fidelity, Merrill, Morgan, Chase, Accenture, etc.Experience with Web 2.0, ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, WinForms, DHTML, XML, etc.Significant experience coding in a production environmentExcellent communication and documentation skillsTeam playerSelf starterAttention to detailExcellent communication skillsExceptional troubleshooting skillsTechnical proficiency in the system development life cycleAbility to consistently meet Production deadlinesAbility to think “outside of the box”Comfortable in a dual capacity:  (1)  supporting Production and (2) deploying new functionalityComfortable working with SQL Server 2000/2005Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or Related Field
