Through our Contact Center operations we provide 24X7 phone service for WMG brokerage clients, extended business hours for Private Banking and Investment Management & Trust. The Contact Center is the hub of our business and is responsible for delivering high quality customer service to our clients. Overview of Duties and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for telephone profiling and advising new and existing clients with the following accounts: Newly migrated accounts Blue sky accounts Out of footprint $10,000 - $100,000 Previously migrated accounts under $25,000 New Accounts under $50,000 Assists clients with meeting their financial goals through knowledge of mutual funds, annuities, wealth builder and other financial products (such as equities, bonds, etc.) Executes trades, provides servicing and/or other paperwork associated with financial accounts. Troubleshoots any operational problems with operational staff Remains in compliance with all standards, procedures and regulations that impact this position. Ability to: Consistently create a positive client experience and inspire trust through own interactions. Use broad understanding of new and existing financial products to create solutions for clients Ask questions to surface client needs and recommend solutions appropriate to client Exhibit excellent listening skills Build rapport with clients and demonstrate empathy Easily change and adapt from one client interaction to another Use technology effectively Function as a team member in a fast paced environment Multi-task in a fast-paced environment Provide exceptional customer service to clientsTraining for this position doesn't start until July. Minimum Qualifications: 4+ years broad financial services experience via telephone with broad knowledge of various financial products, such as mutual funds, annuities, stocks and bonds, preferably in contact center environment. Series 7, 63, 65 or 66 licensing required. Ability to obtain required insurance licensing. Experience with Beta and Champ system required Experience with heavy interaction and providing direction to clients via telephone Proven problem-solving skills.
