POSITION: Supervisor, Investment Manager ServicesLOCATION: Denver (downtown)DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for the supervision of the Investment Manager Services staff to ensure best-in-class platform product management and ongoing servicing of our contracted money managers, mutual funds and other investment vehicles. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:* Performs critical support for money manager operations including trading, processing requests, and providing training, reporting, and workload management.  * Performs critical support for platform product issues including maintenance of verification of product status, product offerings, and product/benchmark information.  * Sets, monitors, and reviews department standards for Money Manager Servicing, Platform Product Data Integrity, Platform Benchmark Data Integrity, and Configuration Integrity.* Interacts with money manager firms, custodians and other intermediaries regarding services necessary to achieving department and/or organizational objectives.* Reviews errors and implements preventative/corrective action processes as needed.* Directly manages departmental staff.  Plans, allocates, and monitors work and makes decisions regarding employment, performance appraisal, training, and related personnel actions.* Coordinates activities to maximize efficiency and deliver optimal service levels to internal and external clients.

 

REQUIREMENTS:* Must have expert knowledge of the financial services industry and investment operations.* 3+ years experience in Platform Product Management and interacting with Money Manager firms. * Ability to work well under pressure.* Strong problem-solving skills.* Ability to manage and prioritize projects.* Strong supervisory and team-building abilities.* Must be able to exhibit professionalism and diplomacy and be able to work with a variety of personalities.* Must be flexible, well organized, and assertive.* Must display good judgment and decision making with minimal supervision.* Must exhibit strong organizational and analytical skills.* Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.* Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.* Bachelors degree (in Finance, or equivalent) preferred.
