Investment Sales at a local Community Bank

Community Bankers Securities, LLC is looking for a motivated, investment marketing representative for a local bank in the greater southern Pennsylvania and northern Maryland area. The successful candidate will be expected to work with not only the new investment referrals from the bank, but also a small book of investment clients currently with the bank. The successful candidate will be enrolled in a year long training and coaching program designed to teach the best practices of high performing advisors. The successful candidate will also be expected to spend approximately a fifth of his time prospecting the local business community. Either a Series 7 or a Series 6 Securities licenses is required. Experience with bank or brokerage services is desired. The successful candidate should also have a strong customer service record, a successful sales drive, and a focus on compliance.
