Job CategoryIT/Software Development Job Location US-CA-Los Angeles StatusFull Time Position description The Investment Technology Support Specialist provides desktop support for Investment Group associates including research analysts, portfolio managers and assistants, Client Marketing, Personal Investment Management and American Funds Distributors groups. Responsibilities include: Monitoring desktop support issues queue and prompt resolution of technology support cases, troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues that can be hardware, software, server, or networked related, installation of new applications, daily maintenance of LAN and desktop systems, and assisting with the automation of tasks.
