Investor Accounting Supervisor

JOB FUNCTIONS:The Servicing department has an opportunity for a supervisor focused on investor reporting. Under the general guidance of the Manager, Investor Reporting, the Supervisor will oversee and direct the reporting and remitting to our Agency (FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA) investor base.This candidate will perform a variety of duties in regards to the reporting, remitting and reconciliation of variances related to investor portfolios including complex analysis, research, and documentation. The individual will provide leadership and guidance and be responsible to train staff, document and maintain procedures. The individual must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrate ability to work effectively with staff to identify process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness of department.This person will need to design and implement streamlined workflows including productivity and quality measures to assure processes are done timely and with minimal errors. The ability to coach and develop team players is also required. This person will be responsible to create, monitor and assure goals and projects within the department business plans are met. QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Investor Reporting, specifically FNMA, FHLMC and GNMA, a BS or BA in Business, Finance or Accounting, ability to prioritize, delegate, organize and coordinate projects, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong PC skills (EXCEL, Microsoft ACCESS).
