Investor Relations Registered Rep for Real Estate Investments:

Due to tremendous demand for investment products, Hartman Management is seeking an Investor Relations Registered Representative to represent the Company to individuals for the purpose of promoting and selling Hartman’s Real Estate Investment products.  The products consist of private investment partnerships and 1031 exchange programs.  Hartman’s extensive track record of superior returns to investors makes our products extremely attractive to investors.  Qualified candidates will have minimum of 5 years prior financial brokerage experience. 

 

Job responsibilities include:

* Must have the ability to identify individual prospects who are candidates to invest in Hartman investment products.

* Minimal local travel.

* Conduct product and sales training through individual and group training sessions, seminars, workshops and branch meetings.

* Work with our Internal Wholesaler to identify and foster leads generated from referrals, ad campaigns and territory canvassing.

Requirements:

* NASD Series 7.

* Five or more years prior financial wholesaling sales experience. 

* Demonstrated track record of success, and the ability to increase sales. 

* Work independently and communicate clearly and concisely.

* Create and deliver effective presentations, seminars, and workshops to current and individual investment prospects.
