RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Data collection
• Data evaluation and assuring/maintaining data integrity.
• Responsible for timely client deliverables.
• Update metrics and evaluation criteria.
• Continuously improve product, industry, and business knowledge through needs assessments.
• Maintain customer knowledge database.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, economics, business or communications
• Two to five years of business experience. Financial Industry experience an asset.
• Commitment to excellence
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Attention to detail and deadline oriented
• Takes ownership, shows personal initiative and displays drive for success.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and initiate action in a timely manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports and documents, to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, and to effectively present information to customers and managers.
