Lead Compensation Analyst

The Lead Compensation Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to: To serve as an internal consultant and project manager in the development and implementation of compensation programs for Navy Federal Financial Group (NFFG) and its affiliated companies. Requirements: · Strong experience in compensation planning and incentive/commission plan development · Demonstrated ability to analyze and administer job, market, and salary evaluation programs · Knowledge of FLSA, Title VII, Equal Pay Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act and Americans with Disabilities Act · Experience in organizational design · Experience in guiding strategic growth and managing large projects · Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills · Able to interact effectively with all levels of management · Strong administration, organization, analysis, planning, problem solving and project management skills · Ability to handle multiple priorities · Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications · Extensive experience in applying strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to assimilate technical and complex data, and to make prompt and sound decisions · Knowledge of business related issues and the relationship between Compensation and other HR functions, particularly benefits administration · Skill in guiding/leading others in the completion of compensation activities Desired:· Compensation management experience · CCP certification
