Loan Collection and Servicing Coordinator

YES Communities, Inc., a manager of manufactured housing communities located in 12 states headquartered in Denver, seeks a Loan Servicing Coordinator.
Responsibilities:

Manage all Loan accounts over 45 day delinquent- which includes but not limited to:Preparing and Sending out Notice of Default & Notice of Sale letters in expedient manner, follow up and tracking of said letters, notifying CM’s & RM’s when letters expire. Communicating with Loan Servicer on acct status- expiration of letters, when loan should be cancelled. Document loan status and actions takenWorking with CM’s/ RM’s on loan options: extensions, voluntary surrenders. Coordinate w/ Loan Servicer, RM’s & CM’s on loans in bankruptcy   Assist RM in filing appropriate paperwork and tracking status Assist if loan becomes delinquent- “relief of stay” needs to be filed. Send out delinquency reports to CM’s, RM’s & HQ. Transfer of Equity Program: Prepare and send out Transfer of Equity Documentation to community managers as requested.   Verify that CBT has recorded transfer appropriately Coordinate title transfer- CBT to CSC. Log, distribute list of completed repossessions to CM’s, RM’s and HQO members Complete necessary title paperwork.  Transfer title to CSC. Resolve payment issues.





Skills/ Experience/ Qualities:

Chattel Lending &/ OR Loan Collection experience a plus, Excel/ Word experience required.  Organized, Attention to detail, able to prioritize, work semi- independently.  Communication skills- both written and verbal (over the phone). Work with an array of individuals effectively.

Manage time and deadlines effectively.  Fast paced environment.
