Loan Originator

Pro Mortgage Team provides services to two offices of Weichert, Realtors Home and Land Partners, one of the fastest growing real estate companies in the state.  They currently have over one hundred realtors in their newly renovated, state of the art offices in Auburn and Lexington, MA.  We are seeking one originator for each location with the professionalism and experience to provide them with training, information and mortgage origination services.  The position involves direct access to the realtors as their only in house mortgage provider.  You will not be competing for their attention.

 

Responsibilities will include but ar enot limited to:Forming a trusting relationship with Realtors Conducting weekly training and industry updates for the Weichert Team Advising and assisting Realtors with Mortgage related Topics Taking complete applications Loan Origination Loan Placement and Pricing

 

Candidate Requirements:3 Years industry experience FHA Experience Strong interpersonal skills Motivated personality Willingness to work regular weekly schedules in Auburn or Lexington
