LTFG Financial Strategist Skills Required:

·  Innate desire to serve others

·  Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing

·  Strong presentation skills

·  Ability to prioritize, self motivate and work independently

·  Capability to work well in a team environment as well

·  Must be able to adapt easily to change

·  Uncompromising integrity

·  Willingness for continued learning/training

·  Bilingual would be an asset

·  Currently licensed (215 Life & Health) or must become licensed within 90 days of start up date
